Cancelation and Refund

- Cancelation and Refund Period
You may cancel a transaction and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. After the 14-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason.

- The software license or subscription for which the refund is requested must not have been used or activated.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
- The reason for your refund request.
Upon receipt of your refund request and verification of eligibility, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Exceptions
Please note that certain situations may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Purchases made outside of the 14-day refund period.
- Purchases for which the software license or subscription has been used or activated.
- Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
